About Us

Bob Picchietti and Ron Cartwright both moved to the same neighborhood in Cape Coral just months apart in 2022.
Bob came from the corporate world in Chicago and then moved to O’Fallon with his wife Andrea, two dogs, Bella & Rocco and got into the roofing business. From there he got into commercial real estate, where he became the division manager tasked with restructuring and growing their commercial real estate presence, after 5 years he became bored. He then had the opportunity to buy a friend’s power washing company which has grown over the past 7 years.

Ron grew up in Western New York on his family’s large dairy farm and Maple Syrup production and restaurant. He worked there for a couple of years after high school, until he started his career in Law Enforcement for the New York State Department of Corrections. He also ran a landscaping and power washing company with his two teenage sons. After 18 years, he took an early retirement to move to Southwest Florida with his wife Holly, his children Cam, Trinity, Caden and Easton.

Bob and Ron met each other in January of 2023 as neighbors and immediately hit it off as friends. Ron invited Bob over for a family BBQ, we started talking and getting to know one another…hobbies, fun stuff to do, work and interests. We spoke about the power washing industry and realized how we both have a common interest. Days later Bob gave Ron a call and said, “Let’s start a Power Washing company together down here. A couple of conversations and prayers, two men of faith decided to go ahead with the idea and JUST CLEAN USA was born.

In addition to our power washing services, we have since added weekly pool care. We are committed to provide value and top-notch service to all our customers.
